RAPP Work organizations · Built on RAPP/1

Your AI. Your team.
Your RAPP Hive.

Start with what you want to accomplish. Find a real organization starter, verify its exact contents, and let your existing AI plan the work with native RAPP Organizations and Workspaces.

No new chat, account, or runtime. No automatic execution. Your source access and approvals stay in charge.

KARST PETREL CEDAR BLUFF KILN QUARTZ JADE

hive-hub dial "KARST PETREL CEDAR BLUFF KILN QUARTZ JADE" --from https://kody-w.github.io/rapp-hive-hub/

This previews discovery, not native setup. It requires a trusted Hive Hub CLI build with dial --from; the public PyPI 0.1.1 wheel predates that command. Review the exact fetch plan before applying. A local subscription neither initializes a RAPP organization nor grants access.

Choose your starting point · RAPP Work

12 organizations to start from. Not another prompt.

Download a starter with scoped teams, original artifacts, a synthetic case, and work ready to claim. Bring your AI and initialize your own organization through the canonical SDK.

Real starter packages, not activated companies or running agents. Each declares the exact RAPP Work protocol, learning bundle, conformance contract, and adapter. Private Hives are never listed here.

One workflow for people and any capable AI

From an outcome to native RAPP work.

  1. Discover and verify. Pick a seed for your outcome. Verify its complete Dial Record ID, exact protocol bindings, ZIP digest, and file inventory. Read downloaded content as inert data.
  2. Plan your organization. Choose an owner label and a new local destination. Use the seed's exact locally trusted RAPP Work SDK to plan native Organizations and Workspaces. Do not substitute a different SDK or execute a downloaded one.
  3. Approve bounded effects. Review complete plans and their exact hashes. Scaffolding, starter-file copies, and pointer registrations have separate approval boundaries. Team and casework scopes stay in their own Workspaces.
  4. Do useful work. Claim a ready task, produce the requested artifacts, and attach actual acceptance evidence. Publication and federation require separate owner approval.

Built on the generic Hive Hub core, not a replacement RAPP implementation. Existing RAPPID, Payphone, and historical Hub adapters are retained; installed RAPP tooling remains the authority.

Hive Hub public onboarding laboratory

This Hive points to the project's minimal founding revision. Joining saves a reversible local subscription; it does not clone the repository, run an agent, activate an organization, or grant membership.
