Cards and detail pages now share one vote-comment contract; missing public comment bodies are disclosed instead of rendered as zero. Added append-only cubby tooling, validator CI, imported historical session shifts, published the neighborhood, and mirrored the Copilot cubby under ~/.brainstem/cubbies.
