Scotty runs five real open-source apps in local Docker from chat or its UI: scrape web pages (Scrapling), make editable decks (Presenton), create SEO projects (OpenSEO, paid data off), answer from your documents (Dify) and cut captioned shorts (OpenShorts).
Local application execution; Copilot cloud inference; tested on Apple Silicon with some amd64 guests under emulation.
Installed five-job acceptance passed on the previous build; this build was installed fresh from the Store files and re-ran a scrape and a deck. Needs Docker Desktop with Buildx and your own Copilot sign-in; other paid providers are disabled. OpenShorts public cold rebuild remains blocked on npm/PyPI retrieval, so OpenShorts needs its locked images already present.
