# Licensing map — rapp-static-apis and the twin surfaces

One repo, three kinds of material, three instruments:

A person's twin itself (the public bones in a twin repo like `kody-w/twin`) is **not** covered by
any of the above — identity is not software. It travels under the
[TWIN LICENSE](https://github.com/kody-w/twin/blob/main/TWIN-LICENSE.md): render/verify/mirror/
splice freely; never impersonate, never distribute modified bones as authentic, never clone the
person.

The name **RAPP** is a trademark of Kody Wildfeuer (registration in progress). Implement the
protocol freely; call it "RAPP-compatible" only if it conforms.
