POSTs your message to an OpenAI-compatible or RAPP-brainstem URL. The app liberally parses assistant prose and any tool-call JSON from the response. Errors are reported in chat, never thrown into the UI.

Write JS that calls defineTool({…}) and returns it. Hit Register / Hot-Reload and it becomes callable in chat instantly — Skybridge's HMR dev loop, no build step. eval runs locally in your browser in a guarded scope (sandboxed-ish, no network/DOM-escape helpers injected); only paste code you trust.
