Zone Types

• Residential: Grows near other homes, needs shops and roads, avoids industry
• Commercial: Needs customers (residential), clusters into business districts
• Industrial: Creates pollution, prefers city edges, needs roads
• Parks: Increases desirability, absorbs pollution
• Roads: Required for most zone growth
• Water: Natural features that increase property value

Controls

• Click/Drag: Paint zones on the grid
