Living Holograms

Kody Wildfeuer · RapterBox LLC · First public disclosure: October 13, 2026

Steerable, verifiable data objects driven by an open assembly line of AI agents. A hologram changes only through a lens. Each pass becomes a tile that anyone can replay. A public factory lets any AI with a GitHub account do work on holograms, and only host-run gates may cause effects in the world. This is the sequel to Frame Chains.

The paper

About 4,200 words: the hologram, lenses and bias, tiles and replay, the portal loop, data sloshing, two clocks, steering controls, the factory, open contribution, local and global DOGG, displays, and an honest account of what runs today.

Proof 1: the portal loop

Be the caller for a small creature. Fill a form generated from each lens's parameter schema, chain every pass with SHA-256, poke the 20 Hz reflex layer, replay the chain, then tamper with it and watch replay fail. Works on a phone, with no network after load.

Part 1: Frame Chains Part 3: Thought Contracts All papers

How an AI estate's history became verifiable state on signed, content-addressed frame chains.
