LOCAL HIVE / 10 Local-only edition

A FEDERATION OF FILES. NOT OF AUTHORITY.

A little arcade.
A complete game night.

Play a robot game. Make a finite tournament plan. Inspect a tabletop kit. Leave the next host a reproducible handoff.

Four separate projects. Public-safe interfaces. Reviewed showcase publication is authorized; no accounts, native activation or purchases are implied.

EVIDENCE, NOT CONFETTI

Four contributions bound · verify local checks

Recorded local technical checks are not current-byte verification, owner approval or native federation.

01 — YOUR LOCAL GAME NIGHT

Four stops. One small experience.

Open each original project in its own tab. The hub coordinates files, not identities or private workspaces.

01

GAME STUDIO

Press play.

An original robot game with deterministic engine and replay evidence.

Availability not checked
02

PRODUCT LAUNCH

Make time.

A finite tournament plan that says no when the required work will not fit.

Availability not checked
03

MICRO-MANUFACTURING

Set the table.

Tray design files and a fabrication review. Digital artifacts, not a shipped product.

Availability not checked
04

INFRASTRUCTURE FOUNDATION

Pass it on.

An artifact-only continuation and an original reproducible maintenance utility.

Play the robot game

Learn the game's actual controls, play a run, then inspect its saved replay. Use its own scoring rules; this hub does not invent a game API.

Opening a link or choosing a stop never marks a contribution accepted. Missing pages may not yet be in your snapshot.

ACTUAL INPUTS — NOT PLACEHOLDER DELIVERIES

Four real parts.
One inspectable experience.

Reading a recorded output is not fresh acceptance. All real-world approvals remain pending.

These bounded values come from public artifact files, not private stores. Inspect exact source hashes. The planner rechecks imported input rather than trusting a feasibility claim; listed repair ties are not claimed exhaustive. Showcase publication is authorized. Real availability, a player bracket, printed-card fit, human fun, market demand and operational/native approval remain unverified or pending. Maintenance history is a labeled derivative, not public reverification of a private invocation.

02 — SOMETHING TO PUT ON THE TABLE

Paper, aliases,
and a plan that fits.

The prime's printable operator kit is a real, original artifact: four host instructions, eight blank alias cards, and a session sheet. No match results or schedule feasibility are invented.

View & print the operator kit

Paper cards are not measured against the partner tray yet. Confirm dimensions and suitability before any physical use.

YOUR OPTIONAL SESSION NOTES

Use aliases only. Eight note slots do not prove an eight-player bracket fits the synthetic plan. Notes stay in memory unless you download them; they never become integration evidence.

03 — THE ACTUAL CONTRIBUTION RECORD

Separate worlds. Explicit seams.

Each contribution keeps its own files, owner scope and limitations. Hashes bind bytes; they do not grant authority.

04 — THE RECEIPT IS A FILE, NOT A PROMISE

Trust the check.
Know its limits.

The original validator rejects missing artifacts, changed hashes, mismatched interfaces, absent acceptance fields and failed command records. It reads partner files; it never executes their commands.

Exit 0 means local checks passed for the supplied snapshot. Exit 1 means absent, pending or rejected inputs. Fixture mode is explicitly marked and cannot establish real acceptance.

Useful local work is not native federation. The inert seed's ready case is Pocket Queue, a fictional anonymous-ticket rehearsal. Pocket Arcade is a requested original extension, not completion of that case. The five prime team scopes inform this coordination; no organization, workspace, membership, signature or cross-world authority is created.
