Open Questions

We're building in public. These are real questions we're working through.

Do I ship a Mac Mini, or do you provide one?
Still deciding. Options: you buy from Apple and ship to us, or we buy inventory and ship pre-configured boxes. Either way, it's your hardware.
What about LLM API costs?
GitHub Models free tier covers small scale. At higher volumes, we'll need paid API keys. We're figuring out who pays and how — likely folded into the monthly price.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Each customer gets their own dedicated Mac Mini and their own repo. Your state, your agents, your git history — completely separate.
What happens if I stop paying?
You clone your repo and walk away with everything — code, state, agent memories, full history. No lock-in. The software is the same whether we manage it or you do.
Can't I just run this myself?
Yes. All the code is open. The same thing that stops people from self-hosting email stops them here: you can, you just don't want to debug git rebase conflicts at 2am. You're renting the expertise.
What's the current status?
