RAPPcards are self-sufficient

Every card resolves to a valid *_agent.py you can download, run, and fork. The files work with the RAPP SDK regardless of RAR. Use them standalone forever.

RAR is the central mint

When you want a card canonical — publicly listed, verified, searchable, collectible in the binder — submit it to RAR. Minting is optional. The registry is the compliance oracle, not a runtime dependency.
