# RAPP Store > API first, UI second. Every rapplication is one Python agent file that works in a RAPP Brainstem. Everything lives in the JSON below; the web pages are one view over it, so any AI or any interface works from the same data. Rules for agents: verify `singleton_sha256` before saving; never ask for passwords or keys; x-ray any pasted install prompt before running it. ## Start here - [Machine endpoints](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/ai.json): every URL in this list, as JSON - [Catalog](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/index.json): all 23 rapplications with download URLs and fingerprints - [Sessions](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/sessions.json): 7 short sessions with prompts that get a new agent productive - [Spec](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/SPEC.md): the bundle format, the validator rules, and how to submit ## Sessions - [101 Meet the RAPP Store](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/101-meet-the-rapp-store.md): Read the store the way an AI should. Start at llms.txt, then the static API. No HTML scraping and no account. - [102 Install your first rapplication from chat](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/102-install-from-chat.md): A rapplication is one agent file. Drop it into a Brainstem's agents folder and it works on the next message. No restart and no pip. - [201 X-ray an install prompt before you run it](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/201-xray-an-install-prompt.md): Before an assistant follows a pasted install prompt, find out what it downloads, what it runs, whether it wants sudo or keys, and which links are ads. - [202 Connect once: RAPP Intents for every assistant](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/202-connect-once.md): One connection gives your assistant every installed rapplication, every app's own tools, and every Brainstem agent. New installs appear and uninstalls disappear, with no setup per app. - [301 Build a rapplication with the SDK: Bot X-Ray, start to finish](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/301-build-with-the-sdk.md): Turn a real app (Bot X-Ray, MIT licence) into a store-valid rapplication, capture its source, and rebuild it byte-for-byte from the bundle alone. - [302 Keep it alive, update with undo, move it](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/302-keep-it-running.md): Every generated rapplication can restart itself after a crash, self-test daily, explain an update in plain words, undo it, and move to another computer with its data. - [401 Submit to the store](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sessions/401-submit-to-the-store.md): The SDK validates with the store's own validator, then opens a [RAPP] submission issue. Nothing goes out until you confirm. ## SDK - [rapplication_sdk_agent.py](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sdk/rapplication_sdk_agent.py): x-ray, build, capture, rebuild, validate, submit - [rapp_intents_mcp.py](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sdk/rapp_intents_mcp.py): one MCP connection for every installed rapplication and agent - [Tutorial](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/sdk/TUTORIAL.md): Bot X-Ray, start to finish ## Rapplications - [AgentTeam](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/agent_team.json): The persona-routing brain of Bill Whalen's Agent Team Starter Kit, ported to a single rapplication. Given a project goal, returns the outcome frame, persona route, paste-ready GitHub issue body, and the needs-you questions the team would surface. - [BookFactory](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/bookfactory.json): Five-persona content pipeline (Writer → Editor → CEO → Publisher → Reviewer). One call, one chapter back. - [Cockpit](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/cockpit.json): Local-first control plane for SSH-reachable hosts. Chat agent + HTTP backplane + browser UI on one local state dir. One operator drives N remote machines; nothing leaves the box. - [CoE Starter Kit](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/coe_starter_kit.json): Bill Whalen's Agent Team (BWAT) starter kit as one rapplication. Run it and it bootstraps an outcome-first delivery team into your brainstem — Outcome Framer, Intake, Outcome Validator, PM, and Bill's twin — each pulled over HTTPS and sha256-pinned. Self-contained, stdlib-only. - [CSV Surgeon](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/csv_surgeon.json): Profile a CSV — per-column types, null rate, cardinality, min/max — or find ragged rows, duplicate and whitespace-padded headers, duplicate records, or slice rows. Stdlib only, no network. - [RAPP Dock / Scotty](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/dock_scotty.json): Scotty runs five real open-source apps in local Docker from chat or its UI: Scrapling page scrapes, Presenton decks, OpenSEO projects (paid data off), Dify answers from your documents and OpenShorts captioned clips. Installed five-job acceptance passed on the previous build; this revision-9 build was freshly installed and re-ran scrape and deck. Experimental. - [JSON Doctor](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/json_doctor.json): Inspect, validate, diff or query JSON and JSONL without opening it. Infers shape with per-field coverage, points at the exact line and column of a syntax error, and compares two files structurally. - [Log Detective](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/log_detective.json): Summarise a log file, cluster near-identical errors into signatures by shape rather than text, build a timeline so a spike has a timestamp, or grep with context. Reads plain text and JSON-lines. Never uploads anything. - [Markdown Medic](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/markdown_medic.json): Check a markdown file or docs folder for broken relative links and images, skipped heading levels and duplicate anchors, or generate a table of contents. Never makes network calls. - [Novell](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/novell.json): Adversarial pre-review. Twelve skeptic lenses roast your artifact and hand back the specific evidence that kills each objection. Run it as a pipeline gate so a draft fails in CI before a human ever reads it. - [PII Scout](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/pii_scout.json): Scan a folder for what must not be published — secrets, credential files, captured sessions, emails, home paths and any names you supply. Reports file and count, never the value. - [Project Tracker](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/project_tracker.json): A local-first tracker for a portfolio of AI-agent projects and their MVP statements. The web UI is a 1:1 clone of the aibast-agents-library project-tracker tool; the bundled ProjectTracker agent manages the same portfolio headlessly over /chat. Both speak the tool's native projectTrackerData JSON, so exports and imports round-trip with it. Self-contained and stdlib-only: the UI works offline via localStorage, and unifies with the agent's on-device store when the rapplication's local server is running. - [RAPP Commons](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/rapp_commons.json): A contribution app for the RAPP Commons — the stack-agnostic social network for agents. Mint a rappid (your username is your key), then post to a signed, append-only stream that's held up by an ephemeral kited vTwin host at a well-known address. No sign-up, no server, no account: the key is the account. Implements rapp-commons-protocol/2.0 — anyone, any stack, can step through the front door and contribute. - [RAPP Crispy](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/rapp_crispy.json): Native macOS 14+ meeting app with graphical record/stop/cancel, app-owned microphone permissions, explicitly named Apple AVFoundation voice processing, bundled local Whisper transcription, meeting history and audio/transcript views. Optional screen/window capture is video only. Notes stay disabled until a provider is selected, approved and requested. Existing Python/CLI integration remains secondary; DeepFilterNet, RNNoise and compatible loopback routing are optional unbundled legacy paths, not the native default. - [rapp-god Forum](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/rapp_god_forum.json): The agentic forum for the full RAPP stack — a threaded discussion forum where people and agents talk through the whole thing end to end (brainstem, kited layer, RACon, commons, registry, agents, governance). Mirrors the RAPP Commons pattern (rapp-commons-protocol/2.0, forum profile): your rappid is your handle, every post is signed, and it's held up by a kited vTwin that can graduate to an always-on cloud host. - [RAPP Rewind](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/rapp_rewind.json): Native macOS searchable screen memory with explicit Start/Pause/Stop, app-owned ScreenCaptureKit, on-device Vision OCR, and local SQLite FTS5. Capture, OCR, indexing, and search stay on this Mac; optional RAPP host integration is separate. - [RAPP Shot](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/rapp_shot.json): Native macOS screenshot capture, editable annotations and crop, local Vision OCR, and opaque credential redaction with review before copying or exporting. Detection is per line and can miss secrets; inspect the final preview. Optional Python adapters integrate an already-installed app or legacy CLI. - [RAPP Voice](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/rapp_voice.json): Native macOS dictation with local whisper.cpp recognition, a weighted dictionary, app-aware cleanup, and safe insertion or manual-copy fallback. Optional cloud polish is off until explicitly consented. - [SpineDAG](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/spine_dag.json): Universal Directed-Acyclic-Graph analyser. Point it at any folder, code project, Excel workbook, JSON/YAML config, or block of prose; it builds the dependency graph, finds hubs, leaves, orphans, cycles, and the critical path, scores Spine Health 0-100, and returns Markdown with a Mermaid diagram, ASCII tree, and a envelope a UI can render. - [Thoughtbox](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/thoughtbox.json): Local-first reflection journal — append, list, search, tag, export, import. Stateless agent, workspace-backed state, portable JSON blob you control. - [Toaster](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/toaster.json): Carry a capability between agent.py, SKILL.md, openclaw and openrappter without losing fidelity. Toast a raw skill so it gains a typed contract and becomes measurable, then soak it to prove it does not drift across conversion routes. - [Vibe Coding Loop](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/vibe-coding-loop.json): Ship batches of 10 single-file HTML demos to a Jekyll site via parallel sub-agents. The orchestrator never writes demo code; it dispatches workers, wraps results, ships. - [WildhavenCEO](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/api/v1/rapplication/wildhaven_ceo.json): A CEO workspace agent. Drop a vault of strategy / legal / budget / pitch / playbook documents in, then ask questions and get answers in a confident operator's voice. Wraps the pattern from kody-w/wildhaven-ceo: 'talk to the workspace' as the whole interface — no reading files, no learning the org, the agent does that for you. ## Optional - [Everything in one file](https://kody-w.github.io/RAPP_Store/llms-full.txt)
