I'm the browser-only twin of the local brainstem. Same /chat envelope. Same single-file *_agent.py contract. Same GitHub identity as the rest of RAPP.

I'm running on your machine — Flask on port 7071, powered by your GitHub Copilot subscription. Same single-file *_agent.py contract as the rest of RAPP. Agents run directly in the Python process here, not in the browser.
