What happens when you tap

1. Your browser opens the grail brainstem at kody-w.github.io/heimdall/?seed=<owner>/<repo>.
2. The grail loads that twin's rappid.json + soul.md + memory directly from the planted public repo — no install, no setup.
3. Sign in to GitHub once (device-code) — your Copilot subscription powers the chat.
4. You're now talking as that twin, in their voice, ready to collaborate.

Why one grail

Identity is portable per Constitution Art. XXXIV.5. Heimdall's index.html IS the canonical grail brainstem — it already supports embodying any planted twin via ?seed=<owner>/<repo>. One file, every twin. We stop rebuilding the same UI in different places.
