Plant a RAPP neighborhood from Discord

1 Get the Discord webhook URL

In your Discord app on mobile:

Open the channel where the neighborhood will live
Tap the channel name at the top → Edit Channel
Scroll to Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook
Tap Copy Webhook URL

No webhook permission? Ask the server admin to enable it for your channel.

2 Pick a template

3 Name your neighborhood

Display name Repo name (auto-generated; you can edit) Purpose (optional)

4 Paste this into your brainstem chat

Open your brainstem (the doorman page or your local install). Paste the command below. The brainstem invokes plant_discord_neighborhood and creates the GitHub repo + posts a welcome to your Discord channel.

5 Verify it landed

After the brainstem responds, check:

The Discord channel got a welcome message with the brainstem join command
The new repo exists at github.com/<you>/<name>
